가로(GARO) 아동 안전 정책

1. 서비스 이용 연령

가로(GARO)는 만 19세 이상만 이용할 수 있는 서비스입니다. 가입 시 본인인증을 통해 연령을 확인하며, 만 19세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다. 미성년자로 확인된 계정은 즉시 이용을 정지하고 삭제합니다.

1. 아동 성착취·학대(CSAE) 전면 금지

가로는 아동 성착취 및 학대와 관련된 모든 콘텐츠와 행위를 금지합니다. 다음은 예외 없이 금지되며, 발견 즉시 조치합니다.

• 아동 성착취물(CSAM)의 제작·소지·게시·전송·링크 공유
• 아동을 성적으로 대상화하는 이미지·문구·대화
• 미성년자에게 접근하거나 유인하려는 모든 시도(그루밍)
• 미성년자와의 성적 대화 또는 만남을 목적으로 하는 접촉
• 아동 성착취를 조장·미화·정당화하는 표현

1. 신고 방법

이용자는 앱을 벗어나지 않고 신고할 수 있습니다.

• 상대방 프로필 또는 채팅방의 신고 버튼을 누르면 즉시 접수됩니다
• 이메일로도 접수합니다: topman1120@naver.com

1. 신고 접수 후 조치

아동 안전 관련 신고는 최우선으로 처리하며, 접수 후 24시간 이내에 확인합니다.

1. 해당 콘텐츠를 즉시 비공개 처리 후 검토
2. 위반이 확인되면 계정을 영구 정지하고 관련 자료를 보존
3. 아동 성착취물이 확인되면 수사기관에 신고합니다

4. 「아동·청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」 등 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 조치를 이행합니다

GARO Child Safety Standards

Effective: August 23, 2026

1. Age Requirement

GARO is a service for adults aged 19 and over only. Age is verified through identity verification at sign-up. Users under 19 cannot register. Any account found to belong to a minor is immediately suspended and deleted.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

GARO prohibits all content and conduct related to child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are prohibited without exception:

• Creating, possessing, posting, transmitting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Images, text, or conversations that sexualize minors
• Any attempt to contact, groom, or solicit a minor
• Sexual conversation with, or arranging to meet, a minor
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes child sexual exploitation

Users can report without leaving the app:

• Tap the Report button on any user profile or chat

1. Response to Reports

Child safety reports receive highest priority and are reviewed within 24 hours.

1. The reported content is immediately hidden pending review
2. Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination and evidence preservation
3. Confirmed CSAM is reported to law enforcement (Korean National Police Agency Cyber

Investigation Bureau; Korea Communications Standards Commission)

4. GARO complies with the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth Against Sex Offenses

and all other applicable laws
